In the context of resuming activity and establishing a shared services center, we are looking for a Supplier Accountant/Multi-skilled (M/F) for a permanent position based in Belgium or in Altorf, France.

Work Experience

Your responsibilities

Within a team currently composed of five people, you will work on various subjects in accounts payable and administrative tasks, mostly focused on the recently integrated structure within the group in Belgium, with the aim of expanding to cover tasks related to France:

• Entering supplier invoices;

• Controlling and entering expense reports;

• Daily bank entries;

• Verification and entry of fixed assets;

• Filing and archiving;

• Deposit of checks;

• Mail processing.

• Fleet management: updating the vehicle tracking table, maintenance tracking, providing vehicles to sales representatives;

• Providing support to the accounting team.

Your profile

• Ideally, you hold a degree in Business Administration or equivalent (BAC+2).

• Without post-BAC diploma, any profile with relevant experience in administrative management.

• You demonstrate versatility, accuracy, and organization in your work.

• Possessing good interpersonal skills, you enjoy working in a team.

• You have significant experience with Excel.

• You are accustomed to working with computer tools.

• You are comfortable in English.
