Provide pre-award grant support for Department of Psychology: grant proposal preparation support and submission, budget preparation, and grant award set-up and account creationManage all aspects of sub-awards: coordinate with outside institutions to process and submit all sub-award proposals; track, submit invoices, and issue payments for outside sub-awards managed by the Psychology DepartmentProcess and submit non-funded agreements (DUAs, NDAs, CDCPs, etc.)Business contracts: Develop and submit all department contracts, including purchasing contracts, consultant, and independent contractor paymentsProvide ongoing education and communication with researchers in department about proposal deadlines, upcoming funding opportunities, and updates to grant-related policy and procedures issued by UT and federal funding agenciesHold regular meetings with post-award support staff to ensure smooth transition from pre-award to post-award support. Serve as back-up for post-award support roles
