Location: Bedford, MA; Onsite

This Role:

Supervise the day to day responsibilities for the Provider Enrollment Department workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy of work. Supervise and train the Representatives and Coordinators as well as off-site workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the workflow for provider enrollment department

• Ensure timely processing of all requests related to provider enrollment

• Research and resolve any issues that arise

• Train new hires and current employees on processes and procedures

• Supervise in-house employees in absence of manager; supervise contract employees on a daily basis

• Maintain and update credentialing reports

• Communicate provider enrollment status to providers, Client Services and Billing Operations as needed

• Attend regularly scheduled meetings

  Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

• Prior word processing, spreadsheet and internet software experience including proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word required.

• Ability to comprehend and communicate contract information

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

  Preferred:

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
