• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefits and wages ranging from $29 - $37 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team! This position performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with Class F home care regulations and follow established policies and procedures. This nursing schedule includes;

• 48 hours every two weeks

• Part time, day shifts; 8:30 AM - 5 PM

• Includes every other weekend and holiday

Nine Mile Creek Senior Living Community offers a total of 93 units; Independent, Assisted and Memory Care. Our community is located in Bloomington, Minnesota next to the natural and rejuvenating setting of Moir Park with all the culture and entertainment of the Twin Cities just minutes away. Responsibilities/Job Description

• Provides professional nursing care

• Carries out proper charting practices and prodedure

• Assists RN in adherence to medication administration procedures

• Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff

• Maintains current observation and documentation of tenant/resident health status

Qualifications

Required:

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: LPN

• LPN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross

• BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice

• Ability to use technology in the form of computers, handheld devices, cell phone & fax machine

Preferred:

• One to three years of previous experience

• Proficient in Eldermark computer documentation software
