Production Team Lead – Printing/Etching Shifts Available: 1st shift, 8-hour shifts. Overtime as needed, 23+, Bi-Weekly Pay + Benefits (Health, 401k, Gym, PTO)

As a Production Team Lead at Randstad, based at our Buffalo Grove Distribution Center, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our printing and etching processes. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity within our production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the physical and electronic processing of production orders using specialized printing and etching equipment.

• Ensure on-time completion of orders and assist with other production functions and support for other business areas as needed.

• Change equipment fixtures for etching and pad printing machines, and mix daily ink recipes.

• Monitor equipment such as oven temperatures and cleanliness of oil bathing stations.

• Program laser graphics per work order and inspect finished goods for quality assurance.

• Manage daily work schedules and KPIs, ensuring that production operations are streamlined and efficient.

• Assist in training new team members and support ongoing skill development across the production team.

• MUST HAVE LASER EDGING & PRINTING EXPERIENCE!!!

salary: $47,000 - $52,000 per year

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2-3 years of warehousing/production experience, preferably in a kitting or assembly environment.

• Proven leadership experience in a production assembly environment.

• Experience with pad printing or laser etching is highly desirable.

• Solid mathematical skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: $23+hr based on experience and qualifications. This position requires an interview.
