Sutter Health Anesthesia Technician - Burlingame (Full Time) in Burlingame, California

Position Overview:

Under the supervision of the Director/Charge Nurse of the Operating Room, the Anesthesia Technician is responsible for maintenance and inventory of all anesthesia supplies and equipment in the Operating Room and the Labor/Delivery Room. Under the direction of the Anesthesia Department, assembles supplies and equipment and provides assistance as requested. Performs other duties for the Operating Room as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; BLS(AHA) certification required. Completion of Anesthesia Tech training program, or equivalent relevant work experience. ASATT certification preferred. Medical and drug terminology knowledge, inventory control experience, basic knowledge of aseptic technique required.
