Sutter Health Program Assistant- RSVP Senior Focus (temporary) in Burlingame, California

Position Overview:

Assisting the RSVP Program Manager in the management of the RSVP project for San Mateo county. Also coordinating office and special volunteers project, interviewing and making appropriate referrals of RSVP volunteers to RSVP stations. Works closely with other RSVP staff to achieve program goals and objectives.


High School diploma or equivalent. AA/AS preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills, skilled in work processing and spreadsheet. At least 1 year experience working with older adults and/or volunteers, and in non-profit sector, preferably in San Mateo county. Ability to work with diverse individuals, groups and organizations. Sensitivity to issues of aging.
