The Pharmacy Warehouse Coordinator provides support to the Sutter Infusion & Pharmacy Services Department. The incumbent will manage the picking & packaging of DME patient deliveries, serve as a liaison between the pharmacy and courier service. The candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of about 600 deliveries per month. The Warehouse Coordinator will manage the branch’s DME pump fleet. The candidate will be responsible for at least 100 DME infusion devices costing at least $100,000. The Pharmacy Warehouse Coordinator will assist in managing inventory receiving, assist purchaser with various tasks, assist in routine clerical, billing, inventory, and distributive functions within the Department.
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience with medical or pharmaceutical supplies required.
Home Infusion Pharmacy experience preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology and drug nomenclature preferred.
Knowledge of home infusion pharmacy & warehouse operations preferred.
Knowledge of delivery services, routes and courier services operations preferred.
Self starter with a high degree of initiative, motivation, flexibility, energy and creativity. Ability to form harmonious working relationships with internal and external customers. Excellent collaborative and problem solving skills with customers and management. Excellent organizational skills. Basic computer skills required including Windows Operating System
