Job Title : Functional Consultant -Core-HR

Job description

Preferred candidates will have previous experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Functional Lead and related areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Should have at least 2 Implementation experience in Core HR for Global Company across Multiple Geographies

• Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects .

• Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation

• Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.

• Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Core HR.

• Experience in Implementing Any 2 additional modules like ORC, Talent Management, Learn and Advanced HCM Controls will be desired.

• Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.

Required Skills

• Consult & Setup Oracle HRMS Modules (Global HR, Self Service, Time Attendance & iRecruitment Application.

• Prepare the User Guides.

• Provide the Support for HR Key Users.

• Collect the requirement and Implement any Enhancement Requested by the HR Department.

Nice to Have Skills

• Active Certifications in the Core HR module will be desired

Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Functional Lead with an experience of 8 years.

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent
