Northrop Grumman Engineer Mission Assurance- 2 / 3 DoD Secret Clearance Required in Clearfield, Utah

Defines and monitors mission assurance program specifications and processes to ensure mission success of programs. Performs or assures quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of program achievements, subcontractors, and suppliers in accordance with contractual requirements. Assesses program performance and risks, and determines resources to ensure mission assurance.
Basic Qualifications:
Engineer Mission Assurance
Active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain special program access
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and 2+ years of Quality Engineering and/or Mission Assurance work experience; OR a master's degree and 0+ years of work experience
Knowledge of Inspection Plans and First Article Inspections
Principal Engineer Mission Assurance
Active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain special program access
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and 5+ years of Quality Engineering and/or Mission Assurance work experience; OR a master's degree and 3+ years of Quality Engineering and/or Mission Assurance work experience; OR a PhD and 0+ years of Quality Engineering and/or Mission Assurance work experience
Knowledge of Inspection Plans and First Article Inspections
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior aircraft manufacturing experience
Ability to read and interpret GD&T drawings
Knowledge of Root Cause and Corrective Action methods
Knowledge of continuous improvement principles
Knowledge of data analysis methods and tools.
Background in Composites
Salary Range: $75,300 - $112,900
Salary Range 2: $92,600 - $139,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
