Job Overview

The Director of Technology Enablement is a key leadership role responsible for leading the architecture, governance, oversight, and implementation of multiple enterprise technology solutions within Matrix Providers digital ecosys

This position will ensure that these technology solutions are strategically aligned with business goals and will drive significant transformation across various business units to ensure efficiency and process optimization enabling Matrix Providers teams to rapidly scale.

The Director will lead all of Matrix Providers IT functional areas in the support of our employees and clients. The role demands a proactive approach in integrating cutting-edge technologies and digital services to optimize operational efficiency and fuel business growth. The Director will work closely with senior management and stakeholders to craft a technology roadmap, implementation plans, and organization change management roadmap that supports the over all strategy, enabling Matrix Providers to gain a competitive edge and rapidly scale and will be a member of the Matrix Leadership Team.

Salary Range: $150-$160k per year

Priority Areas Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the Matrix Providers strategic goals, with a particular focus on enhancing key activities all business units. Build and Lead the Technology Enablement team, overseeing technology strategy including implementation, training, support, and infrastructure development. Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders with a focus on collaboration and direct communication, through consultative approach with ability to serve as an advisor of technologies and business process workflow. Develop a deep understanding of Matrix Providers current and future needs related to recruitment, sales, marketing, applicant tracking, productivity, client support, credentialing, human resources, finance, accounts payable, system security, and more as needed. Works in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such as marketing, production and operations a s an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Conducts research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation. Research and propose new technologies that yield competitive advantage. Proactively identify areas where technology may provide greater efficiencies and ensure business continuity/security. Continuously evaluate technical efficiency and recommend changes as necessary. Keep current with trends and issues in the Healthcare Staffing and Technology industries, including current technologies. Collaborate with other department heads to integrate technology effectively across all business units, enhancing operational efficiencies and healthcare service delivery. Lead the evaluation, deployment, and management of new technologies and systems, ensuring they meet the unique requirements of Federal Contractor and Health care Staffing. Ensure continuous delivery of technical services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of systems performance. Promote a culture of innovation and facilitate the adoption of emerging technologies in healthcare staffing industry. Prepare and manage the budget for the technology department, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization. Establish and enforce technology policies, processes, and standards to ensure security, compliance, and best practices in healthcare data management. Lead vendor negotiations and manage relationships with technology service providers that specialize in healthcare solutions. Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development. Hours of Work Full Time with some flexibility in hours is allowed, but employee must be available during core work hours and work at least 40 hours a week. Travel Requirements Some out-of-area and overnight travel is to be expected depending on business needs. Education and Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree - advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology leadership role, with proven expertise in technology integration, implementation, and project management. Strong understanding of current and emerging technology trends and their applications in a business environment. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in budgeting and financial management. Proven track record of implementing technology solutions that align with organizational goals. Other Duties
