As our Denials & AR Supervisor, you will be responsible for the appropriate management of assigned accounts, workloads, and processes as well as employee development. Every day, you will do initial reviews, and approve and review cases for external appeal and outpatient billing. To thrive in this role, you must have a strong leadership mindset with an understanding of how to utilize a multitude of hospital patient accounting systems and be skilled in using MS Excel.

Here’s what you can expect working as our Denials & AR Supervisor:

• Assist in all training required to ensure reimbursement analysts resolve, call and/or appeal a defined number of accounts.

• Review, draft and/or approve complex and contractual appeals and letters to insurance companies. 

• Manage daily workloads of Operations Support Department Staff.

• Enlist the assistance of Provider Representatives on an individual or batch case level to resolve complex claim and appeal issues. 

• Audit and review client status reports.

• Provide daily, weekly, or monthly feedback as requested by leadership. 

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $45,409.55 - $87,948.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
