Activity Assistant/Friendly Visitor Training through the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), a Department of Labor training program that helps eligible older adults find employment in the private sector. Temporary paid internship training assignments are provided at non-profit and governmental agencies in Duluth. Job search techniques are taught and job search in the private sector is required. Applicants must be age 55 or older, residents of Minnesota, unemployed, and income eligible. Veterans and their spouses are encouraged to apply.
