Robert Half Operations Coordinator in Fairfield, California

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute operational tasks, projects, and initiatives in collaboration with the operations team.

  • Monitor and track operational workflows, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and quality standards.

  • Assist in inventory management, including tracking inventory levels, ordering supplies, and coordinating shipments.

  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, appointments, and events related to operations.

  • Maintain documentation, reports, and records related to operational processes, performance metrics, and project updates.

  • Communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues.

  • Assist in analyzing data, identifying trends, and generating reports to support decision-making and process improvements.

  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, IT, and logistics, to align operational activities and achieve organizational goals.

  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for optimizing operations, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in operations coordination, project coordination, or related roles, with a focus on process management and coordination.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in office productivity software, project management tools, and data analysis tools.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and addressing operational issues or bottlenecks.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, or process optimization is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach to achieving operational excellence.
