Position Summary:

Responsible for assessing physiological, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient within assigned unit area and planning nursing care to meet those needs.

Responsible to see that nursing care plans are carried out through performance and/or leadership of subordinate personnel.

Required:

• 2 years of related formal education/training beyond high school required.

• Licensed and registration to practice nursing in State of

Michigan

• ACLS certification

• PALS certification (PACU only) within in 12 months of hire or transfer
