Responsibilities/Duties
Coordinate, receive and put away inbound shipments of raw materials including resins, concentrates, repro, boxes, pallets and other production related items and QC returns.
Complete all Finished Goods, Scrap and Raw Material inventory transactions.
Intermediate and Raw Material housekeeping, organization, and inventory preservation.
Inventory cycle counts, manual counts, and physical counts scheduled.
Receiving, inventory transfers, material issue, material return to inventory.
Prepare reports for safety stock and inventory gaps and maintain records of number of items.
Coordinate with planning group, analyze all new product launches and manage inventory.
Monitor all inventory issues and ensure effective resolution for all.
Monitor quality of work in production department and maintain all product locations effectively.
Prepare and analyze discrepancy reports in case any damage or loss in compounding dept.
Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures and manage inventory for organization.
Prepare and reconcile all daily cycle count processes and prepare reports within timeframe.
Maintain and update inventory on regular basis and ensure accuracy of it at all times.
Informs designated employees or departments of items loaded and problems encountered.
Coordinates with Plant Manager on weekly/monthly inventory of scrap and resin.
Required Experience
