Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager for Straub Medical Center located in Honolulu, HI . Founded in 1921, Straub Medical Center is a fully integrated not for profit health care provider with a 159 bed hospital in Honolulu, a network of neighborhood clinics and a visiting specialist program that reaches throughout the State of Hawaii.

The successful candidate will:

  • have oversight of day-to-day operations;

  • successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff;

  • deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations;

  • develop strategic plans;

  • ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;

  • ensure Sodexo standards are met.
