Direct and participate in preparing, seasoning, and cooking all types of Korean dishes. Plan menus, develop recipes, ensure the quality of meals, and determine how to present dishes to keep up to date with relevant trends. Train cooks and other food preparation workers. Check the freshness of food and ingredients. Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards and regulations. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for functionality. Order and maintain an inventory of food, supplies, and equipment.
