Job Description Position Title: Nursing Assistants, Certified Nursing Assistants, Registered Nurses & Licensed Practical Nurses - Kaneohe Facility - Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services in Oahu is seeking experienced Nursing Assistants, Certified Nursing Assistants, Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses for its Kaneohe Facility. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to elderly and disabled patients in a safe, comfortable and compassionate environment in accordance with established policies and procedures. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of $42/hour and paid weekly. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: • Administer medications and follow up to ensure effectiveness • Perform Head-to-Toe assessments and plan of care • Provide patient care in accordance with the plan of care • Record patient information and vital signs • Monitor patient operations and report any concerns to supervisor • Perform basic first-aid in emergency situations • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment • Follow all safety and infection control procedures • Perform other tasks as assigned Requirements: • Active Nursing Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license. • At least 1 year of experience in the field of nursing (assistant/certified/registered/licensed). • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to provide compassionate care and remain calm in challenging situations. • Must pass a background check and drug test.
