QUALIFICATIONS: * High School diploma or GED required. * College experience and / or professional office work experience preferred. * Must possess valid Driver\'s License, as traveling to other work locations and running errands is essential. * Must pass pre-employment drug and criminal history background check. DUTIES: * Act as the receptionist for the administration office - greeting visitors, answering the telephone, screening and routing calls, providing information and referral, etc. in a pleasant and courteous manner. * Open and distribute incoming mail. Stamp and take outgoing mail to the mailbox or post office as required. * Compile data for the program activity report, in-kind reporting and others. * Act as facility coordinator for the Riveria Activity Center. Duties involve extensive interaction with the public, including key check-out and check-in. Other duties include maintaining a rental and billing schedule; designing advertising brochures and marketing strategies for the facility; monitoring security cameras; ordering necessary supplies for the building; and overseeing the daily upkeep of the building, coordinating general maintenance and lawn care with staff, volunteers, and contractors. Duties may also include acquiring permits, soliciting bids for contracted work, overseeing building improvements and searching and applying for grant funding. * Coordinate maintenance of postage machine and copy machine. * Coordinate cleaning, snow removal, landscaping, and general maintenance of administration office building. * Order office supplies for the administration office. * Travel to local businesses to make purchases as needed. * Perform clerical tasks for the Assistant Director and other administration office staff as needed. May perform data entry, scanning of documents, and filing. * Assist with marketing, research, and special projects occasionally. * May design and print brochures and similar documents. May assist with updating the agency website. * May need to travel out of town, occasionally overnight. * Other duties as assigned. Wage and benefits: * \$17.10 - \$22.41 per hour. * Paid holiday/vacation/sick leave, paid health and dental insurance, HAS/HRA option, and retirement benefits after one year of employment.
