Job Overview:
The Clerk oversees the daily operations of the front desk in the main lobby.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma
Preferred:
- Three to Five years in patient relations or similar background
Certifications and Licenses Required:
- N/A
Scheduling Requirements:
Shifts can vary from 9:00am 5:30pm, or 10:30am 7:00pm when covering the main lobby front desk
Weekend and Holiday rotations
Per Diem
Essential Functions:
Assists those calling in by providing appropriate and accurate patient
Assure a neat and clean main lobby environment and initiates corrective
Assures that the professional visitor identification policy is adhered to
Coordinates patient information inquiries using telephone
