WE ARE OFFERING PAID TRAINING!Do you have interest in helping in the Senior Community in their homes or in a community-based environment?

Complete 15 hours of caregiver training and receive $500 in pay.

Complete a second 15 hours caregiver training and receive $750.

Training does not require licensing, certification or employment verification required to participate!

A third level of training offering $1500 if you qualify and provide proof of eligibility.

After training and eligibility requirements you will be ready to have a rewarding career in the one of the fast growing industries.

Duties include by are not limited to: - Provide direct care and support to individuals in a in-home setting - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Medication reminders according to prescribed schedules and guidelines - Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding - Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients - Provide emotional support and companionship for clients - Collaborate with client care team to develop and implement care plans

Experience: No experience needed to participate in our training program. Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred if third level is perused.

Skills needed once training is complete: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with residents and their families - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficient in documenting care provided and maintaining accurate records
