ATI Regional Director in Los Angeles, California

The Position:

American Telecommunications, Inc. is actively seeking a Regional Director for our California market. The Regional Director will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth and operations excellence across a geographic region, leading and executing projects, implementing and supervising of T-Mobile Retail Store processes including Communications, Operations, Report Analysis, Vendor Management, and Facilities Maintenance. The Regional Director has full accountability for the key financial results of the region and will be responsible for the overall leadership and development of District Managers within the region by building an independent, high-performing team that is dedicated to achieving results and supporting company strategies.

The Regional Director will have the following responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a diverse, high-performing regional team through consistent selection, development and motivation

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and overall direction of accountabilities to meet regional and company goals

  • Effectively communicate company business and financial objectives

  • Analyze regional and district performance in order to deliver appropriate feedback to corporate business partners and to develop a sales strategy that ensures regional profit growth

  • Develop a regional strategy to meet all company goals and objectives

  • Lead the regional team to meet sales/payroll budgets through appropriate execution

  • Hold District Managers accountable and address under performers in a timely manner

  • Foster a selling culture throughout the region, ensuring a positive customer experience that meets and exceeds every customer’s expectation

  • Articulate the vision and ensure execution of brand visual standards consistently

  • Partner with Loss Prevention to ensure adherence to loss prevention policies and procedures and proactively identify trends that support achieving regional shrink goals

  • Cultivate an environment of open communication and drive the performance management and development of associates within the region

  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner

You are qualified to be the Regional Director if you meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 7-10 years’ multi-unit experience in the wireless telecommunications industry

  • 2-4 years of management / team leadership experience required

  • Demonstrated proficiency in handling progressively complex roles with increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Excellent prior work performance history

  • Proficiency in workforce management systems.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Works/Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) computer systems, calculator, telephone and related business equipment.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Must be able to travel on a regular basis to field locations throughout the country

  • Driver’s license required
