JOB REQUIREMENTS: Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient Caridiology & Surgical Services - 29101 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule: This is a full-time FTE 1.0 position. Shifts ranging 7:00 am 10:00 pm. Every 4th weekend rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to: * Provide medication therapy management services as part of the interdisciplinary team to patients on inpatient services to assure that drug therapy is safe, effective, efficient, and cost-effective. * Perform both clinical and distributive tasks necessary to ensure that patients\' medication therapy is safe, effective, timely, and efficient. * Provide training and education to Pharmacy Residents and PharmD students through practical and didactic experiences. * Provide patient care to a diverse population including medical and surgical patients.
