JOB REQUIREMENTS: Senior Therapist - Autism Spectrum Disorder (MSW, LCSW, Clinical Psychologist) Capitol Clinic - 675 W. Washington Avenue, 675 W. Washington Ave, Madison, Wisconsin, United States of America Req #1825 Wednesday, April 24, 2024 Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin. BETTER TOGETHER 1.0 FTE/40 hours per week. Hybrid Position - Will be mix of remote and onsite clinical work This position will design and implement treatment programs for children, teenagers, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder in collaboration with the Autism Services Program Manager. The Senior Therapist will conduct initial and ongoing assessments, train and supervise a treatment team of Autism Program Assistants in the implementation of member programs, conduct parent/caregiver training, directly implement treatment programs to members, evaluate member progress toward treatment goals, maintain regular contact with the parents/guardians of the children and adolescents in the program receiving services, monitor treatment fidelity and integrity, and adjust treatment protocols based on outcome data. The Senior Therapist will be part of the Autism Services Program and provide clinic-based, virtual, and in-home treatment per department protocols. They will complete documentation in the electronic medical record in a timely manner per department and organization protocols, and chart in a manner that is patient-oriented and professional. Senior Therapist will lead case consultations with their behavior teams and be an active participant in department meetings.
