Robert Half is looking for candidates for a wonderful opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Long Term Temporary Housing Specialist - Leasing & Contract! Do you enjoy providing exceptional customer service and helping people, while working on multiple engaging projects? Then we have the perfect position for you!

What you get to do every day

• Prepare budgets, financial documents and other reports

• Assist in a broad range of administrative support for property managers for residential, commercial and/or community association properties

• Engage with prospective tenants to review leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership

• Coordinate insurance requirements

• Handle tenant applications, leases, or contracts

• Collect monthly fees and rent

• Arrange property, maintenance, and landscaping repairs

Pay range: $18.00-22.00 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

THIS ROLE IS 100% ONSITE

Requirements - Demonstrated knowledge in real estate, financial and/or contract preferred

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation

• Excellent interpersonal skills and computer competencies are essential
