JOB REQUIREMENTS: New Wages \| Starting \$18 Hour Essential Job Functions/Duties Extends excellent service to all residents Assures each resident\'s right to privacy and confidentiality, at all times Establishes appropriate relationships with residents which ensures them a safe environment that protects their rights Models behaviors that foster the \"Resident First\" philosophy Communicates verbally and in writing all pertinent information to assist in resident care Communicates pertinent information with members of the resident care team to ensure continuity; report change in condition; or other resident concerns or issues Provide assistance for residents who have a need for care services including and not limited to all activities of daily living according to established policies and procedures, individualized care plans and physician orders. Medication administration Maintains a safe environment for the resident according to VSF policy and proceduresreports potential or actual hazardous conditions including but not limited to, fire, electrical hazards, internal/external disaster, infection control--takes action to reduce a risk situation Quality assurance tasks such as, but not limited to, maintaining accurate documentation, specimen collection, key count maintenance and supply, and services charge updates. Performs other duties as assigned Villa St. Francis is subject to certain governmental recordkeeping and reporting requirements for the administration of civil rights laws and regulations.
