Qualifications Requirements: Minimum qualifications include: DVM or equivalent veterinary degree and Board certification in Anatomic Pathology.. This position is a research-focused, tenure-track position that requires that the candidates have at least 60% research effort, have secured NIH (or equivalent extramural) funding, are currently building an independent research program, and have expertise in orthopedic pathology. About the Department The VCS Department has a rich history of Veterinary and Comparative Medicine research. The college has a vigorous basic and translational research program with active clinical trials and a Clinical Investigation Center infrastructure that provides technical support and assistance with clinical research opportunities.
