Read and respond to emails and listen and respond to voicemail messages. Create packing lists, pull stock, package and ship via shipping management software. Track packages and respond to questions from customers. 10% Perform daily quality assurance procedures. Tracking temperatures of equipment, recording lot numbers, completing forms for record keeping. 10% Perform general laboratory maintenance tasks including but not limited to inventory, stocking supplies, and general laboratory cleaning. 5% Recognize and correct errors; recognize unusual results and take appropriate action. 5% Assist with writing and revising Standard Operating Procedures. Qualifications All required qualifications must be documented on application materials Required Qualifications: BA/BS degree or a combination of related education and work experience to equal at least four years. Preferred Qualifications: Laboratory experience preferred. Applicants must be professional, reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, and are prepared to demonstrate excellence, integrity, and quality throughout all aspects of their job functions. Ability to lift/transfer 25lb boxes from floor to waist-high table-top.
