Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage our company's financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process

• Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements

• Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner

• Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

• Assist with tax preparation and filing

• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system

• Monitor office expenses and costs

• Provide administrative support to management as needed

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
