DUTIES: •Support and care for two children with special needs (8 years old and 12 years old). •Help the children get ready in the mornings. •Put the children to bed.•Launder the children’s clothing.•Plan and prepare the children’s meals and ensure that they are fed timely.•Arrange Playdates and outings.•Help the children with their homework. •Engage the children in educational activities and crafts.•Engage the children in indoor and outdoor play.•Pick up and drop off children to and from school and after-school activities. •Administer oral prescription medications to children. •Light housekeeping in support of children.REQUIREMENTS: •Bachelor’s degree in any field or foreign educational equivalent. •2 years of experience working with children who have special needs. •Insurable drivers’ license.•Some overtime and overnight hours required.•Some weekend hours required.
