Accountabilities:

• Provide leadership, guidance and supervision of the clinical staff to ensure the provision of safe, quality care in a productive manner

• Participates in interviewing, hiring and orientation of new clinical staff

• Has broad base of knowledge related to immunizations, preventative care for all ages

• Can operate clinical equipment and perform the same duties as the clinical staff including phlebotomy

• Experience with Pediatrics preferred

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• BSN required

  Preferred:

  Integral knowledge of Cardiology

  BLS to obtain upon hire
