This job is for a food service worker who will be responsible for a variety of duties related to food preparation and service. Applicants do not need prior experience and the minimum age is 16. This is a part-time position that will be scheduled 15-32 hours per week and the schedule can vary depending upon the needs of the camp operations. Starting pay is $12 per hour. Some key responsibilities are listed below.

• Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food safety.
• Prepare and cook food according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, or numbers of portions to be served.
• Rotate and store food supplies.
• Wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, or other cooking equipment.
• Apportion and serve food to facility residents, employees, or patrons.
