Associate Health & Wellbeing Effectiveness Lead
Hackettstown, NJ

Newark, NJ

The Associate Health & Wellbeing (AHWB) Lead will support key stakeholders (including the AHWB team) to design, implement, embed, and govern Mars' health strategy to ensure the regional team fulfills its commitment to Associates and the business.

What are we looking for?
Prior PMO experience with demonstrated ability to execute standard project management skills (e.g., developing a work plan and tracking milestones, preparing reports, managing a budget, etc.)
The ability to translate data insights into action
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
COE level expertise to support initiatives across the region and escalations on health and wellbeing related issues
Technical capabilities to provide support to the region, which consists of the US, Canada, and LATAM


What will be your key responsibilities?
This role will co-develop, plan, execute, and govern multiple work streams and projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget while maintaining an appropriate sense of urgency and balancing key stakeholders' needs.
Act as a co-pilot on content and partner with the Regional Lead and Sr Health & Wellbeing Managers to think critically and proactively about accelerating and embedding the regional AHWB focus areas in the business.
Build and manage relationships with 3rd party vendors, contractors, and suppliers to advance the health and wellbeing agenda
Drives alignment between the global AHWB strategy and the regional strategy to ensure that the region is executing on agreed upon priorities
Drives prioritization and deploys effective tools to track, execute, and report on initiatives.
