Sutter Health PT Front Office Representative in Novato, California

Position Overview:

Coordinates and performs patient registrations and completion of all demographic and financial information necessary for a complete registration. Additionally, the PT Front Office Rep is responsible for ensuring patient wait times are minimized, patient satisfaction is high and overall quality is at or above 97%. Also this position is responsible for completing daily front office duties such as entering charges, filing & pulling charts, collecting payments, answering phones, scheduling patients, and verifying insurance coverage and benefits.



HS Diploma Or equivalent education/experience Required

Additional training/education in medical office skills, billing, and collections Preferred


Strong working knowledge of overall aspects of the front desk process as it relates to patient admissions, patient scheduling, insurance verification and customer service. Required

Medical billing experience strongly preferred. Preferred
