Responsibilities:

• Handle trust litigation cases from inception to resolution

• Draft and review discovery, pleadings, complaints, and motions

• Conduct legal research and stay abreast of relevant case law and legal developments

• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on trust-related matters

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Active and in good standing with the California Bar

• 3+ years of solid Civil Litigation experience

• Preferred experience in Trust Litigation

• Nice to have: Unlawful detainer experience

• Strong research, writing, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area
