Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.

• Educate customers on our products, services, and promotions to enhance their experience and satisfaction.

• Accurately input and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and deliver excellent service.

• Follow established scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

• Identify and escalate complex issues or complaints to the appropriate department for resolution.

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture by sharing ideas and feedback.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field is preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.

• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.

• Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to make a difference.
