Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tax Manager in Palo Alto, California. This role is 100% in office and requires an individual with a strong background in public accounting and taxation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee individual, S-Corporation, C-Corporation, partnerships, trust, and estate tax returns

• Comfortable doing a good number of complicated tax returns and stock option analysis

• Income tax and financial planning for corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals

• Conduct auditing processes to ensure compliance with financial regulations

• Interface with clients to help them with their tax needs

Requirements

• CPA or EA with 7+ years of experience

• Prior experience as a Tax Manager in a public setting

• Extremely detail oriented and a team player

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Adept in Excel. Experience using Lacerte is a plus
