The Sales Administrator role is based in Pavilion, NY and reports *directly to the Sr. Sales Manager.  *

What you’ll get to do

  • Responsible for RMC Business pricing.

  • Lead for all online price requests.

  • Field sales calls for the Pavilion Office and provide quotes, volume measurements, and credit applications.

  • Update weekly bid schedule with results, W-L, specification capture, workup data and provide quotes when needed.

  • Work with 13 Sales Professionals across NY States.

  • Assist NY Sales Team with credit, re-bills, and state sales tax certificate administration.

  • Help to coordinate responses for online material price requests with the NY sales team

  • Perform inside sales responsibilities and assist central dispatch personnel when required.

  • Resolve ad hoc issues that may arise.

  • P Card reconciliation for managers and assist with month-end reporting process.

  • Working with credit department to keep accounts in good standing.

  • Cover vacation or any absence for current JWS administrator.

  • Provide backup for JWS and Command administrators in NY

Essential Experience and Skills

  • High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook.

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

  • Multi-tasking

  • Time management capabilities

  • Ability to learn new tasks, adapt to working with multiple people throughout an organization.

  • Understand deadline driven & time sensitive work environment.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Construction materials industry experience

  • Motivation and capability to potentially move into an outside sales role in the future
