Summary You will serve as a COMBINED TRADES SUPERVISOR II in the Production Resources Department of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will oversee the development of a skilled workforce with the proper trade skill mix to meet Shipyard workload as well as oversee ILDP participation and use for career development. You will lead in developing and improving trade processes and resolves trade process problems. You will promote LEAN events in the shops. You will establish and assign work requirements to subordinate supervisors, setting deadlines, priorities, and sequences to be followed for work operations. You will oversee and monitor cost and schedule performance matrix's for shop work performed on all projects.
