Job Duties Directs, influences and oversees the development, planning, coordination, scheduling, administration, and implementation of a variety of small to large projects by establishing Master Plans/Master Schedules, detailed timelines, resources, and budgets. Projects vary and may include capital construction, transportation, maintenance, systems development, organizational evaluation and other projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of and the Tri-County Metropolitan region. Utilizes project management principles, techniques, and effective process improvement and change management processes. Sets and directs project goals, and formally monitors progress and quality of outcomes to ensure effective delivery of results. Ensure a commitment to safety through consistent and professional behaviors in performance of job requirements that demonstrate safety is a fundamental value that guides all aspects of our work. Perform related duties as required. Requirements: 6 years\' experience in business operations required. Serve as a good steward by regularly utilizing our transit system to maintain a strong and current understanding of customers\' experiences and of product and service offerings.
