Sales Support, Clinical Solutions Consultant – Point of Care Ultrasound

As a POC (Point of Care) Ultrasound Product Application Specialist with Philips Healthcare, no two days are the same. One day you may be delivering a custom-made educational/training program at a major teaching hospital, the next you could be supporting the regional sales team by applying your clinical expertise to the pre-sales process for a major proposal.

Your role:

  • Meet or exceed assigned AOP for equipment and revenue annually by working closely with Account Managers to develop and execute a winning strategy to meet financial targets

  • Provide pre-sale and post-sale product support for the entire POC Ultrasound Product portfolio

  • Work directly with partnered POC Ultrasound Account Managers to schedule and perform product demonstrations, both onsite and virtually, as required to support assigned territory and assist as needed in other territories and zones

  • Post product demo, work closely with partnered POC Account Managers and channel partners to ensure Philips is selected as clinical vendor of choice

  • Exhibit superior technical, clinical and presentation skills

  • Grow POC Market Share

  • Schedule and implement system installation customer training, both onsite and virtual– complete checklist

  • Support and participate in market development for traditional and emerging markets as requested, (Clinical trials, validation programs, research events, education events, etc.)

  • Effectively support installed base and maintain and grow customer relationships

  • Position yourself as a consultant to both internal and external customers

  • Prospect to generate new sales leads – share all leads with partnered Account Managers and channel partners

  • Ability to maintain a full-time work scheduled with a greater the 40-hour work week, plus travel within assigned territory as well as travel to support customer activities throughout the zone as needed, and possibly travel throughout the country. 60-75% travel, either by automobile or air

  • Travel 80-100%, Initial 3 months during training period

You're the right fit if:

  • Current and valid RDMS registry

  • RVT registry and vascular clinical skills a plus

  • In-depth knowledge and proficient skills in emerging markets

  • Basic cardiac imaging knowledge and clinical skills preferred. RDCS registry a plus

  • Knowledge and experience with the Philips Ultrasound products are desired

  • 3+ years clinical experience, teaching/in-service experience is desired
