Job Description:
GDIT is looking for a Training Manager that holds an active TS/SCI with poly clearance for a position located in Reston, VA in support of our GC3 program.
GDIT is supporting Microsoft’s Government Cloud Collaboration Center (GC3) by providing end-to-end operational support for the Azure core and Office365 platform. Operational support is comprised of five workstream teams: Livesite, Identify Incident Management, Network Management, Tech Ops and Customer Reported Incidents. These teams span across various product groups, including Azure, Active Directory (AAD), and Office365. The services will be 24x7x365 and operated from three Microsoft SOCs in Redmond, WA, Reston, VA and Elkridge, MD.
Essential job functions:
Conduct and lead technical training program in support of onboarding, orientation to program, products, accesses, applications and systems to train, inform and equip the workforce
Provide continual training updates and guidance, assigning training to all employees on program
Develop and execute lesson plans, sustainment training roadmaps, and knowledge assessments.
Conduct performance evaluations at the team level.
Responsible for coordinating and initial training of all new hire resources
Maintain training metrics and reporting
Ensure employees on program have and maintain all the accesses, badges, etc needed to execute
Process Change Notification (PCN) training and acknowledgement
Training responsibilities may be delivered at a regional or global level
Uses Metrics to initiate performance improvements and other initiatives
Incorporate GDIT process, Microsoft Processes and government customer processes into an integrated training portfolio
Required Qualifications:
BS or equivalent + 5 years of related experience
TS/SCI with Poly clearance
Open to work hours that align with operational needs
Candidate must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task and keep well organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service acumen
Experience with training from a management perspective is preferred
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Experience leading projects preferred

The likely salary range for this position is $116,979 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
