The Community at Brookmeade is currently accepting applications for a full-time, part-time, or per diem LPN for the DAY, EVENING, or NIGHT shift for Meadows, Brookmeades premier skilled nursing facility!

The work schedule for days are 7am- 3pm, evenings are 3pm-11pm, and nights are 11pm-7am. Full-time requires every other weekend. We can also offer 12 hour shifts!

$30.00 / hr. starting base pay! Weekend pay rate, up to $36.50/hr. We offer a full benefit package to full-time employees, which includes health, dental, vision, life insurance plans; a generous paid time off plan and employer contribution to the retirement savings plan.

Meadows a 120 bed skilled nursing facility located in Rhinebeck, NY that provides exceptional care to our Residents. We are the only long term care facility in all surrounding counties that has been designated by the Department of Health as the top 5% performing nursing homes in NY State.

Job Requirements: NYS LPN License, CPR CARD
