Your duties will encompass a wide range of tasks, including assisting with household chores, meal preparation, errands, and ensuring personal care needs are met with respect and dignity. Your compassionate approach will be particularly valuable when providing care for clients with cognitive impairments, where your patience and empathy will shine through. As a Caregiver, documenting your interactions and observations accurately and promptly is essential. By maintaining open communication with the office, you will ensure that the individualized care plans for each client are consistently met. Your dedication to making a positive impact on your clients' lives through high-quality care will be a driving force in your day-to-day responsibilities.  WHAT WE EXPEXT FROM YOU * Reliable Transportation * No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training * Completion of the Home Care Aide (HCA) Registry Application (Guidance will be provided upon hiring) * Must undergo TB Testing (Assistance will be provided)  While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, prior home care experience exceeding 2 years is advantageous.  Caregiving experience for a family member or loved one is also highly regarded, as we offer training to ensure your success.
