We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Billing Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Sacramento, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all billing functions, utilizing their skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, IBM AS/400, and Microsoft Excel. This role is integral to ensuring efficient and accurate operations within our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all billing functions, supervising a team of 8

• Compile reports via SQL / Crystal Reports

• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and presentation

• Ensure efficient administration of claims and collection processes

• Maintain and improve customer service standards within the team

• Oversee the use of Microsoft Office Suites for administrative tasks

• Ensure all accounting functions are carried out efficiently and accurately

• Continuously monitor billing functions for potential improvements and efficiency gains.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Billing Supervisor or Manager role

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to oversee and manage Accounting Functions

• Experience in Billing Functions and Claim Administration

• Knowledge of Collection Processes

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
