The right candidate will have a willingness to learn and follow directions. Will have the ability to take apart simple to complex components of vehicles, have knowledge and basic understanding of tools and simple mechanics. This position REQUIRES attendance and dedication. Our customers rely on us to complete the job properly and correctly the first time. We will provide on the job training. We will teach the right person a new life skill, with career opportunities. With that, comes commitment and dedication as well as requires a Non-Compete Agreement. Hours vary, averaging 30 hours a week. There is a very rare need to work a Saturday, but generally it is planned in advance. We are closed all major holidays. We have the ability to be flexible to help employees with appointments of their own. We are a family business and our employees are like family. Must be available to work mornings and afternoons during the week. Starting at \$14.50/hr, review within 90 days. At that time, step increases may begin, based on knowledge and skill development. Future raises commensurate with experience, skills and development.
