Description:
This role manages the go-to-market communication strategy development and implementation for HP's consumer printer hardware in North America (US/CA) through all routes-to-market in owned, earned, and paid assets. Responsibilities include: Marketing Communication Strategy and Planning
Develop communication strategies for new product launches and portfolio initiatives to deliver the business objectives within the North American market landscape; collaborate and gain consensus with cross-functional teams; share with other marketing disciplines to inform the development of campaigns and assets
Manage, deploy, and optimize marketing assets to support business objectives, including creative development with agencies, message and concept testing, publishing, measurement and optimization
Product Launch and Route to Market Readiness:
Content adaptation & origination
Content development for owned and earned assets
Guidance for E-tail, Retail, and campaign assets
Sell-in materials support for sales and channel marketing
Cross-functional collaboration and deployment
Ongoing Portfolio Management and Support:
Subject matter expert in assigned portfolio, audience segments, customer journey, and consumer insights
Optimization of owned assets to increase effectiveness
Responsive planning to close forecast gaps with marketing activities
Knowledge & Skills:
Understanding of marketing principles, practices, tactics, and consumer journeys
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (media, social, e-commerce)
Creative development and agency management
Understanding of RTM, customer channels, reseller co-marketing
Research and testing experience a plus
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
5+ years of work experience in related field
