Description

For actute care: Responsible for evaluation and treatment of patients on the pediatric physical therapy caseload in the hospital setting. Major duties include: patient evaluation, patient treatment, meeting documentation requirements, and maintaining expected productivity levels.

For outpatient: Responsible for test administration and recommendations for pediatric patients returning for outpatient assessment at regular intervals following NICU stay.

Prior experience in pediatrics and paneling by CCS are required. More than 5 years of licensed PT experience qualifies for PT 2, Per Diem title.

Per Diem Salary Range: 65.29-81.62 HourlyQualifications

• BLS Certified by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

• CA PT License

• Paneled by California Children's Services (CCS)

• Prior experience working in acute care is preferred

• Prior experience in pediatrics is required

• More than 5 years of licensed PT experience qualifies for PT 2, Per Diem title
