Sutter Health Physical Therapist - Per Diem in Santa Rosa, California

Position Overview:

Sutter Medical Center Santa Rosa is located in the heart of Northern California's famous wine country, just 50 miles north of San Francisco and 30 minutes from the beautiful Pacific Coast. Providing quality health care services to the residents of Sonoma County for over 130 years, Sutter Medical Center Santa Rosa has 135 licensed beds and serves a population of more than 130,000 people. Centers of excellence include: Interventional Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Women's and Children's Services, and Level III NICU.

The Physical Therapist (PT) plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according tot he principles and practices of physical therapy.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy approved and registered by the American Physical Therapy Association with a B.S., B.A., M.A., or M.S. degree. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state in which therapist wishes to participate. Preferred affiliations with the American Physical Therapy Association; preferred experience with physical rehabilitation either through educational affiliations or prior work association.
